About Us
I take client participation very seriously and urge clients to be
present at the inspection. I like to point out what I’m finding at that
time and I like being available on the spot to answer all their
questions. North Coast Property Inspections operates between Cleveland and Toledo. The following counties are covered: Ottawa, Erie, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood.
I am NAHI-certified and a graduate of the Inspector Training
Association, was a construction company project manager, and have
specialized in inspecting residential properties for four years. I plan
to expand into such environmental testing as radon and mold
examinations. A major feature of my inspections is tagging (labeling)
all main shut-offs in and around your house.
My general notes and photographs are delivered within 24 hours. A
three-ring binder report is delivered on site along with the report,
with a more detailed analysis, including photographs and personal
notations, mailed the next day. I request 24 hours’ advance notice and
am available seven days a week.
Tagging all the main shut-offs is one of North Coast Property
Inspections' trademarks. I encourage clients to follow up with me for
no charge and to continue the learning process of one of the biggest
investments they will ever make. An inspection is like a physical
checkup. It’s a method to assist clients understand the condition of
their new homes and empowers them to better negotiate and protect their
valuable investment.
