Meet the Team at NC Property Inspections

TIHO GEORGIEV

Tiho was born and raised in Macedonia. After college Tiho jumped onboard a cruise line working as a photographer. This was a good opportunity to have an adventure and explore the world. He and Jaycee met in 2005, married and moved to Colorado. Tiho worked as a quality engineer for a manufacturing company before venturing in to the home inspection world in 2015. Tiho and family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina a year later, where he became a licensed inspector and eventually created NC Property Inspections.

His favorite pass time is family time by a mountain lake, Carolina coast or on a ski slope.

JAY DANAB

Jay Danab spent most of his early years in Lebanon before moving to the US in 1996. Early on, he worked in his family's 60,000 employee residential construction business.
Jay moved to North Carolina in 2006 and attended North Carolina State University majoring in Management information systems with accounting as his minor. He has been a licensed home inspector since 2020.

Jay speaks fluent English and Arabic.

His interests include Fishing, Hunting, and Soccer.

ANGEL NAVEDO

Angel is a licensed home inspector with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
Angel and his wife moved and built a new home in NC 2022 . Angel Owned and operated a GC Business, specializing in residential construction and remodeling. His hands-on
experience with foundation work to roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems gives him a unique ability to identify potential issues that others might overlook.
Outside of his professional work, Angel loves spending time with his wife and son
traveling & creating memories. He also enjoys woodworking , Food and the outdoors.

JAYCEE GEORGIEV

Jaycee's strengths are customer service, and quality care.

Having worked in many fields from dispatch & corporate flight scheduler, travel/cruise bookings, SCUBA Divemaster & Instructor, Assistant Manager for Shore Excursions on a cruise line, Transaction Coordinator, Realtor, to Office Manager of NC Property Inspections. Jaycee enjoys being active in her community and volunteering. Mom of two her hobbie include caring for animals, snowboarding, water skiing, paddle boarding, & free diving in the Caribbean to play with the stingrays.

Jaycee loves nature, insects, and exploring with the family.
