About Us

TIHO GEORGIEV
Tiho was born and raised in Macedonia. After college Tiho got a job working as a photographer for a cruise line. This was a good opportunity to have an adventure and explore the world. He met his wife in 2007 where he married and moved to Colorado. Tiho learned landscaping, and worked as a quality engineer for a manufacturing company before becoming a Home Inspector in 2015. Tiho and family moved to Raleigh North Carolina a year later, where he became licensed and opened the current property inspection company.

SERGIO SPOSITTO
Sergio is originally from Argentina and moved to the States (New York) in 1995. In NY, he started a management career in healthcare and became a fan of the Yankees and Giants by default. He also studied management in Nyack, where he earned an Associates in Business Management.
In 2012, Sergio and his family ventured to Brazil and lived there for almost 3 years before coming back to the US and arriving in NC in 2015. In NC, he has worked as a carpenter and handyman for over 2 years.
Sergio enjoys family time, travel, camping and good company, as well as a good BBQ. Sergio speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

JAY DANAB
Jay Danab spent most of his early years in Lebanon before moving to the US in 1996. Early on, he worked in his family's construction business and then moved to North Carolina in 2006 to attend North Carolina State University. Got licensed as a home inspector in 2020.

ALICE ANTUNES
Alice Antunes grew up in the Greater Boston area where she began her impressive career as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Today she has more than 10 years of working experience within various fields.
When she’s not hard at work you. can find her spending time with her son and family.
Alice call herself a "foodie", and enjoys trying new dishes and different cuisines. She loves to entertain and be around the people she loves. Dinner parties are her thing, she is a great cook- with all her Brazilian roots - she can prepare some amazing traditional dishes!
Alice is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. and English of course!
