What is Home Binder?

Home Binder is your electronic file for your new home! This includes everything from your property inspection, repairs made to the home, your maintenance schedule, renovations, permits filed, to paint colors and disclosures/notes for the time you own your home. There is no expiration and once you are ready to sell your home- you have all your files in one easy place to pass along to your Realtor when ready to list!
You will receive concierge service (again totally free to you!) which can help with as much or little as you like! They will provide you with utility companies that service your home including different waste/recycle, internet etc... so you can compare pricing. They can even help with set up and direct to buyer pricing!

What is Repair Pricer?

Repair Pricer is a resource for our Realtor Partners providing a helpful AI tool that uses the home's zip code to provide estimates of potential repairs based on statistics of generated contractor quotes. This easy tool allows you to copy the comment from the inspection report and simply paste it in to the repair pricer tool description. You can add, or tweak this to provide a prompt of the repair you are wanting a quote on. Keep in mind some items really are best quoted by getting contractors eyes on the job, but if you are in a time pinch, or are unable to get a trades person to the property or without a fee, this is a great resource! You will receive your requested estimate within 24 hours. This is a service our company provides to our Realtor Partners for convenience in negotiations and understanding of general costs associated with repairs prior to closing.
